Shipping & Return Info

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and charged your card. 

Order Shipment:

We ship orders same business day, or next business day.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address your provide when checking out.

Available Shipping Options: 

  1. FREE UPS Ground Shipping
  2. Inside Delivery - Inside Garage, or threshold 
  3. Local Bike Shop Assembly & Pickup: By leveraging our relationships with local bike shops nationwide, we will ship to the bike shop closest to your home. Then, they will take care of the simple assembly of your bike, make any adjustments if necessary, and have it ready for you to pick up at your convenience. ** Only choose this option if you have a means of picking up the assembled bike.
  4. White Glove Assembly At Your House: We will ship the bike to your home, and coordinate with our nationwide team of on-site technicians to come directly to your home to assemble the bike for you.  After the bike is assembled and fully adjusted for a perfect fit, then they will remove all the packaging for you. Our team of White Glove Coordinators will work with you to schedule the best available time (usually within 1-2 business days of the delivery).

* Different model bikes have slightly different packaging and assembly needs. 

Shipping Damage:

We take every precaution to ensure that your item(s) arrive in excellent condition, but as we know, that isn't always possible.

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.

If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Cancellations & Refunds:

Any orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  

If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you used when placing your order.

Hassle Free Returns: 

We accept all returns within 90 days. We do not charge restocking fees.
